BILLING

1. Membership Fees and house charges are debited from members' accounts through an Electronic Funds Transfer system automatically on a monthly basis (or annually for the membership fee) and reflect that months prior months house charges.
2. All other miscellaneous fees must be paid upon entrance to LIFT.
3. All Personal Training Fees are handled with your individual trainers.
