Aside from our top personal training, LIFT is home to New Jersey’s premier indoor (and outdoor) boot camp program. We give urban athletes an intense 45-minute kick ass no nonsense workout. Maximum 4 people per class.

Level I/II Sessions

A good solid dose of strength & conditioning 101

Fitness, the old fashion way; a turn back to the basics. A lot of jumping jacks, squats, push ups, situps, and yes pullups! No fancy moves to master. Just 45 minutes of total calorie expenditure.

  • Thursdays at 10:00am - 10:45am with Cooper Rego - 1 spot open

*Each class meets one time per week. To be in two classes per week, you will need to purchase a spot (a package) in each class. This guarantees exclusivity with each and every class available. There are no make-up classes.
