LIFT - Basic Training
[Summer Outdoor Boot Camp]
We take fitness beyond the gym. Our outdoor program (held in July & August) combines cardiovascular training with resistance activities in a fun, group, outdoor workout environment. You will never have a dull moment in this fast-paced, individually challenging class. Even in this group class environment, each individual is challenged at his or her own level and pushed to their potential.LIFT's Basic Training 4-Week Boot Camp programs utilize the proven skills and experience of Jim Ryno and his trainers to take advantage of the growing need for variety and uniqueness in health and fitness training. He has developed a balanced training program that sculpts, tones and reduces excess body fat. Both men and women are getting into and staying in the best shape of their lives! LIFT provides training programs for all levels of fitness.
You will use the energy of the park and the motivation of the group to challenge you to go further than your limits, no matter what level you are at now. Whether your goals are toning, weight loss, increased endurance or strength, step outside of the box and experience a challenge that makeover your mind as much as your body.
