LIFT shall not be liable for the disappearances, loss or theft of, or damage to the personal property of Members and their Guests, including money and jewelry in or about LIFT, in lockers or for loss or damage to any property.   That being said, LIFT is a boutique club and extremely private ... to date we have never had a problem with theft or the disappearance of any members items.
